Where I come in

I read the situation fast and know which problem to solve first.

01
The message isn't landing.

Buyers aren't connecting what you built to the problem they need solved. The product is real. The story isn't carrying it. That's a fixable problem and I've fixed it before.

02
Deals are stalling.

Conversations are happening but nothing is closing. The story resonates in the room, then falls apart internally. That's a different problem than messaging and it needs a different fix.

You need more of what's working.

Pipeline is moving. Customers are closing. Now you need to make the GTM motion repeatable without the founder in every conversation. That's the work I like most.

How I work

Like a builder, not a maintainer.

01

Diagnose before building.

Before writing a word of copy, I figure out where the story is actually breaking down. The deliverables come from that. Not the other way around.

02

Build a system, not a stack of assets.

Messaging, positioning, enablement, and launch motion all need to point the same direction. When they do, the field gets independent. When they don't, the founder gets pulled back in.

03

Get into the field fast.

A framework nobody uses is worth nothing. I work in days and weeks. The work shows up in real conversations, or it doesn't matter.

How I work today

AI is changing how cybersecurity buyers evaluate vendors. I'm already working that way.

The same AI tools reshaping the SOC are reshaping how buyers research, compare, and make decisions. Generic messaging gets filtered out faster than ever. Differentiation has to be real and it has to show up everywhere, consistently.

I have rebuilt my workflow around that reality. Durable positioning gets documented first. From there, AI accelerates everything downstream: content that stays on narrative, positioning that does not drift between assets, field materials that actually sound like the company. What used to take months gets done in weeks. The quality bar is higher because the foundation is tighter.

You get a product marketer who understands what the market is doing and builds fast enough to stay ahead of it.

This is what it looks like in practice.

In your website. In your sales conversations. In the deals your team is closing without you in the room.

Where I step in.

Point me at the problem. I don't need handholding. I need access to the team, clarity on what's stuck, and room to run.

+Messaging your reps can carry into every conversation
+Positioning that becomes the team's shared language
+Someone who operates independently and ships work the field actually uses
+Built fast, ready when you need it
