Turning founder insight into a GTM motion that scales.

I work with cybersecurity founders to take what already works and turn it into positioning, messaging, and enablement that holds up in real buyer conversations. Without you on every call.

How I think about this work

Three ideas that shape everything I build.

01

A great GTM motion is a system, not a personality. What works in a founder's head needs to become something every rep can carry into every conversation. That is the job.

02

Foundation comes before velocity. AI and automation are powerful, when the underlying story, positioning, and approach are sharp. The leverage is in getting that right, then scaling.

03

Differentiation is about expanding the problem you solve. Not just answering the obvious question, but addressing the friction buyers have learned to work around. That is where most categories find their second gear.

Where you are

You've built something that works.

The product is real. Customers are seeing value. Now you need the GTM motion to match what you've built.

01
Take what is in your head and make it the team's. The instinct that closed your first 20 deals, the way you frame the problem, the words that make a CISO lean in, turn that into a system every rep can carry.
02
Get your time back for the work only you can do. A team that wins without you in the room is what unlocks the next stage. Founders building the business, product building the product, sales running the cycle.
03
Build the foundation that scales with the team. Hire 15, hire 50, the next category move. The messaging, positioning, and enablement under all of that needs to hold.

How I work

Like a builder, not a maintainer.

01

Start with the foundation, not the deliverables.

Before writing a single piece of copy, I get clear on the buyer, the actual differentiation, and where the team's story is breaking down. The deliverables come from that. Not the other way around.

02

Build a system, not a stack of assets.

Messaging, positioning, enablement, and launch process all need to point in the same direction. When they do, the field gets independent. When they do not, the founder gets pulled back in.

03

Get into the field fast.

A perfect framework that nobody uses is not worth anything. I work in days and weeks, not quarters. The work shows up in real conversations or it does not matter.

This is what it looks like in practice.

In your website. In your sales conversations. In the deals your team is closing without you in the room.

Where I step in.

You're past founder-led sales and ready for a GTM motion that scales with the team. Your reps are sharp. They just need the story, the tools, and the positioning to make every conversation as effective as the ones you have been running yourself.

+Messaging your reps can carry into every conversation
+Positioning that becomes the team's shared language
+Someone who can operate independently and ship work the field actually uses
+Built fast, ready when you need it

Open to full-time, fractional, and contract engagements.

If you are ready to scale beyond founder-led sales, let's talk.
